Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or corporate sales within an insurance brokerage.
• An established portfolio of corporate clients is highly desirable.
• Strong relationships with UAE corporate decision-makers.
• Track record of winning new business and achieving revenue targets.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance market and products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and able to work independently.
• Existing UAE market experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE corporate market.
• Leverage an existing network of corporate clients to generate revenue.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers (owners, CFOs, HR Directors, senior management).
• Develop a pipeline of prospective clients for new policies, renewals and cross-selling.
• Understand client insurance requirements and coordinate with insurers to tailor solutions.
• Manage the full business development cycle from initial engagement to closing.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts with high client retention.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory considerations in the UAE.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure activities comply with UAE insurance regulations.
