Job summary

Consulture Search is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new SME Personal Lines business in Abu Dhabi. You will hunt for prospects, build relationships with business owners, partners and brokers, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Manage a CRM-driven sales pipeline, coordinate with underwriting and operations for smooth onboarding, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive networking, referrals, and market mapping.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of BD or sales in UAE insurance (Abu Dhabi)
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and hitting targets
• Strong network and market knowledge within Abu Dhabi SME
• Experience selling Personal Lines or SME insurance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME clients for Personal Lines
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline via direct sales and referrals
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to tailor insurance solutions
• Drive new business production and achieve sales, premium, and revenue targets
• Develop and manage relationships with owners, brokers, and referral sources
• Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline updates
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and customer service
