Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Executive, Value & Promotions to join our Marketing Team on a hybrid basis. You will own day-to-day delivery and performance of promotional campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure offers are targeted, timely, and commercially sound.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Growth Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Promotions.
• Experience owning customer incentive strategies and promotional campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and BI tools; comfortable interpreting data.
• Experience running A/B tests and translating results into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of the Middle East promotional calendar across lifecycle stages.
• Contribute to promo strategy focusing on value propositions and ROI for Deliveroo and partners.
• Build and deploy in-app and lifecycle campaigns with CRM and Tech teams.
• Set up promotions end-to-end including eligibility, caps, dates, and copy.
• Translate data into promo mechanics that are genuinely relevant, not just discounted.
• Track campaign budgets and report ROI or margin impact against plan.
• Provide weekly performance updates and post-campaign analysis.
• Design and run local test-and-learn experiments and share results.
• Monitor competitor trends to keep offers sharp and competitive.
• Advocate for the consumer voice and ensure promotions offer real value.
