Responsibilities

• Promotional Calendar Execution: Own the Middle East promotional calendar, translating quarterly strategy into targeted campaigns
• Promo Strategy: Implement strategies showing how value propositions change customer behavior and drive ROI for Deliveroo and partners
• CRM & Lifecycle Campaigns: Work with CRM and Tech to build and deploy in-app and lifecycle campaigns
• Strategic Planning: Develop quarterly and annual promotional roadmaps aligned with commercial priorities and seasonality
• Budget Ownership: Manage and report campaign budgets, tracking spend and ROI against plan
• Test & Learn: Run structured tests on price elasticity and discount depth, and lead post-campaign analysis
• Experience in promotions, pricing, CRM or performance marketing, ideally in marketplaces, delivery or e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable partnering with Data Science on customer and performance data
