Job summary

Aventus in Dubai is seeking a proactive HR Officer to support onboarding, HR administration, data management and reporting in a growing technology company. You will oversee end-to-end onboarding, maintain accurate employee records and ensure a smooth employee experience from joining to ongoing lifecycle events.

You should be confident with Excel, capable of turning HR data into clear insights, and able to contribute to internal content videos and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR or onboarding experience.
• Willing to participate in content videos for the department.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• English preferred as first language; bilingual acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees, ensuring documentation and access are completed.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR letters.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data and processes.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
