Aspire Manpower Services in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, onboarding, payroll coordination and visa processing. You will maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance, and handle employee relations while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

You will coordinate with PRO, payroll and recruitment teams, manage medical insurance enrollments, and prepare HR reports.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience in UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Experience with onboarding, payroll coordination, visa processing and documentation.

Mansioni

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and HR documents.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Coordinate employment visas, medical tests, Emirates ID applications and renewals.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and movements.
• Coordinate monthly payroll and verify employee information.
• Support WPS processing and payroll documentation.
• Respond to employee queries and provide HR support.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrolments, renewals and cancellations.
• Prepare HR reports and trackers.
• Support recruitment, interview coordination and document collection.
• Coordinate with payroll, operations, recruitment and PRO teams.
