Job summary

Richkey Properties is seeking an HR Specialist based in Dubai to execute core HR operations, manage employee lifecycle documentation, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law. This role focuses on execution and policy implementation to keep the business running smoothly and consistently.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, records, recruitment coordination, visas and government processes, payroll support, and respond to HR inquiries while escalating complex matters to senior leadership as

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience in the UAE (real estate background preferred).
• Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance basics.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding HR documentation and maintaining employee records.
• Comfortable supporting recruitment workflows and hiring coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and organizational skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Currently based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding offboarding documentation).
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support recruitment coordination and hiring administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts letters amendments).
• Coordinate visas, medicals, Emirates ID and related government processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
• Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
• Assist in implementing HR processes, workflows and controls.
• Escalate complex HR matters to senior leadership when required.
