Job summary

Richemont in Dubai is seeking an HR Operations Administrator on a fixed-term contract to join our regional People Operations team. You will manage transactional HR services, maintain digital employee records, and process core HR transactions with precision and care.

You will be the frontline contact for colleagues, delivering timely service, supporting monthly payroll validation, and generating basic HR data reports while ensuring data quality across the employee lifecycle.

• Proficiency in standard office software (especially MS Excel) and experience working with HR Information Systems (HCM/SAP/Workday experience is a strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Act as Tier 1 HR Support—monitoring, triaging, and resolving daily HR queries, escalating complex inquiries as needed.
• Manage and process employee requests such as salary letters, bank verifications, and policy-compliant reimbursements.
• Provide basic HR data reports and system extracts to authorized team members.
• Partner with the People Operations Manager to share feedback on query trends and improve services.
• Monitor and manage daily HCM tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and integration with downstream systems.
• Handle manual data entry and verify automated entries to support monthly payroll validation.
