Peergrowth in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the company's HR function, owning the full employee lifecycle and strengthening HR processes. Qualifikationen

• 8-15+ years HR experience with strong experience at HR Manager / HRBP / HR Lead level.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, policies and best practices.
• Solid UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment regulations.
• Experience leading a team and working independently in a lean or entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior management, and multi-national exposure is advantageous.
