• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and plans aligned with government priorities.
• Lead HR transformation, organizational development, workforce planning and continuous improvement.
• Advise senior leadership on HR strategy, workforce challenges and people-related decisions.
• Oversee recruitment, Emiratisation, succession planning and talent pipelines for key roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal government HR legislation, policies and procedures.
• Lead compensation, performance management, learning and development initiatives.
