Job summary

GEOSCIENCE TESTING LABORATORY is seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes in the UAE, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements. The role requires hands-on SAP payroll experience and immediate joiner availability.

The successful candidate will handle monthly payroll, maintain accurate employee records, respond to payroll queries, and collaborate with HR and Finance on audits and reporting. An immediate joining date is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of payroll experience in the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Payroll module.
• Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using SAP.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS, and end-of-service calculations.
• Mantain and update employee records related to salaries, benefits and deductions.
• Handle leave management, overtime and final settlements.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data with finance.
• Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, salary structure and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for payroll-related audits.
• Ensure timely submission of WPS files to relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with changes in UAE labour regulations and ensure timely implementation.

The ideal candidate is an immediate joiner with hands-on SAP payroll experience. Immediate joiners only be consider who can join within a week.
