Job summary

RIKAS is seeking a dynamic HR Executive in Dubai to support daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will manage HRIS records, assist with payroll input, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while coordinating visas and certifications.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in hospitality or F&B is preferred; professionalism and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, hospitality or F&B preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: assist sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• HR Operations & Administration: maintain employee records and HRIS data; prepare contracts and certificates.
• Handle visa processes and coordinate training and compliance.
