Job summary

Petals Holiday Homes LLC in Dubai seeks a proactive Business Development professional to drive property acquisitions and grow our holiday home management portfolio. You will generate leads, nurture owner relationships, and present rental income projections to close agreements.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge, with a self-motivated, target-driven approach. English fluency is essential; UAE driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, or holiday home management preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new residential properties for holiday home management across Dubai.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, real estate agents, and other business development channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, and real estate brokers.
• Conduct property meetings, explain our management services, and present potential rental income projections.
• Negotiate and close property management agreements with owners.
• Develop strategic partnerships with real estate agencies and property consultants to generate consistent referrals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly property acquisition and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for portfolio expansion.
