Ideal candidates have Airbnb or short-term rental experience and a proven ability to manage multiple properties, maintain quality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs with top guest experience.
• Monitor housekeeping and ensure properties are clean and ready for guests.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs promptly.
• Conduct routine property inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Liaise with cleaners, maintenance teams, vendors and guests.
• Respond to guest enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.
• Oversee multiple properties while maintaining high service standards.
