Job summary

NSR Associates is seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of a landmark high-rise tower project in Dubai. The role oversees pre-construction through handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-tier quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with PMP/MRICS or Chartered Engineer status and at least 15 years in GCC construction, including tier-1 main contractors and complex

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
PMP, MRICS, or Chartered Engineer status preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction.
Proven track record delivering high-rise tower projects in the GCC/UAE.

Responsibilities

Provide full strategic and operational leadership for the high-rise tower project.
Manage all phases of construction including planning, procurement, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations, milestones, and commercial objectives.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including construction, engineering, commercial, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors.
Drive project performance through effective reporting, risk management, and decision-making.
