You will supervise site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and project staff, ensuring safety and compliance, resolving challenges, and delivering handover-ready buildings for reputed clients in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction or contracting.
• Proven high-rise building construction experience, preferably G+12 floors and above.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) approval is mandatory.
• G+Unlimited DM-approved certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-rise building construction projects from execution through completion and final handover.
• Supervise project teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, schedules, quality standards, and site safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for inspections, approvals, and handover.
• Ensure activities comply with drawings, specifications, budgets, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges for smooth execution.
• Coordinate final inspections, outstanding works, and handover procedures.
