Job summary

RIG (Recruitment International Group) in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury residential tower projects from planning through handover. You will manage design coordination, contractor performance and quality on high-rise developments.

Experience delivering premium Dubai towers is essential. Applicants should have strong Primavera P6/Microsoft Project skills, a Civil Engineering or related degree, and a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery within a main contractor or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years in construction with 5+ years on high-rise residential projects.
• Proven delivery of luxury residential towers in Dubai/UAE.
• Experience with main contractor or established developer.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, MEP, façades and interiors.
• Familiar with Dubai approvals and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Oversee main contractors, consultants and subcontractors against programmes.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and implement recovery plans.
• Ensure luxury finishes meet standards and coordinate design intent with site teams.
• Review budgets, cash flow, variations and payments with commercial teams.
• Coordinate procurement schedules and long-lead materials.
• Lead project meetings and report progress, costs and risks.
• Interface with authorities and utilities for approvals and completion.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging and defect resolution.
