Job summary

MCM Global Recruitment is assisting a growing Dubai-based 3PL provider to recruit a hands-on General Manager for Freight Forwarding & Warehousing. The role focuses on strengthening the warehousing division, implementing robust processes, and driving growth across operations.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a similar scale organization (80–250 staff, $10–30M turnover), and a proven ability to implement WMS and ERP systems while building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager or senior operations leader in a 3PL or freight forwarding company.
• Experience in a company with 80–250 employees and $10–30M turnover.
• Hands-on track record of building teams and establishing new operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full P&L and strategic leadership for the company.
• Oversee warehousing, freight forwarding, customs, and cargo handling operations.
• Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of WMS and ERP systems.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team with accountability.
• Establish SOPs to support scalable growth.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure service excellence.
