Job summary

Sanofi in Dubai is seeking a Key Account Manager - Respiratory to lead territory growth across the UAE, building partnerships with pulmonologists, healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers to advance the Respiratory portfolio.

This field-based role requires UAE market experience, strong account management, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing to drive product adoption, scientific engagement and compliant execution.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year UAE market experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management.
Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience; specialty care experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory-specific account plans for the UAE, aligned with national strategy for the Respiratory portfolio.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key specialists, Pulmonologists, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision-makers.
Drive product adoption through scientific and value-based engagement, translating data into commercial propositions.
Identify, engage, and develop KOLs within UAE Respiratory and specialty care ecosystem.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to ensure aligned strategies.
Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends; report actionable insights to management.
Gather and report competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and local regulations at all times.
