Job summary

Confidential Careers in Dubai seeks an Events Sales Coordinator to support the events sales team with client communication, sales coordination and event logistics. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years in hospitality, F&B, or administrative roles looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

Candidates with experience as a hostess or team leader in hotel F&B will also be considered, provided they demonstrate strong potential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Events or related field.
Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years’ experience encouraged to apply.
Hotel F&B background (hostess or team leader) is a plus.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Assist in sales proposals, client follow-ups, and event coordination tasks.
Support end-to-end event logistics, documentation, and internal communication.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, client materials, and event files.
Handle email communication and coordination in a professional manner.
Assist with on-site event execution as required.
Collaborate across departments (marketing, F&B, operations) to ensure seamless delivery.
Participate in team briefings and contribute to client servicing.
