Job summary

Xsolla is expanding its Global Experiential Marketing presence in Dubai. The Dubai Events Coordinator will manage local venues, vendors and budgets to deliver polished, well-run events at the Dubai hub and regional events.

You will coordinate sponsorships, coordinate with BD, Product and Creative teams, and support on-site delivery to ensure a positive guest experience. On-site role with travel as needed, experience in gaming/tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in events, marketing, or vendor coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE venue, vendor and event landscape.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
• Experience in the video games, tech or software industry.
• Arabic language skills.
• Existing relationships with UAE venues, vendors, or event organizers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local venue searches in Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Source and manage local vendors for booth production, AV, event rentals, video/photography and merchandise.
• Support delivery of sponsorship deliverables at Xsolla events and local expo.
• Plan and deliver community events to drive Xsolla Club membership.
• Maintain local event budgets and update costs in local currency.
