Job summary

Xsolla is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator, MENA, to join our Global Experiential Marketing team at our new Dubai hub and Expo venue. You will work closely with the Event Operations Manager, Marketing leaders, and the Global Head of Event Sales to support deal processes, sales logistics, and organizer accounts.

This role is in-office in Dubai with regional travel up to 15-20%, ideal for someone early-to-mid career in events looking to grow in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in events, marketing, or administrative coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Operations Manager in managing relationships with event organizers.
• Assist with deal processing including contracts, pricing docs, and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate venue availability, scheduling, and organizer requirements.
• Maintain organizer accounts and event budgets across currencies.
• Arrange hotel and travel logistics for staff and organizers.
• Support space planning and event setup within the Xsolla Expo venue.
• Draft copy and request graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Log Jira tickets with clear briefs to the in-house team.
• Update the event roadmap with dates, sponsors, and relevant links.
• Assist with on-site delivery and post-event follow-up with surveys.
