Job summary

Xsolla Inc. seeks a Dubai Events Coordinator to join its Global Experiential Marketing team as a founding member of the Dubai hub. The role focuses on local vendor relations, venue research, and delivering polished events aligned with the UAE market.

The candidate will collaborate with Event Operations and regional teams, manage budgets, and support Xsolla Club initiatives in the region. Travel locally and regionally is required, and the role is based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in events, marketing, or vendor coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Dubai/UAE venue, vendor and event landscape.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local venue searches in Dubai and wider UAE, negotiating hire, F&B and costs.
• Source and manage local vendors for booth production, AV, event rentals, etc.
• Support delivery of sponsorship deliverables at DFGC/Xsolla events expo and local events.
• Plan and deliver Community driven events to drive Xsolla Club membership.
• Maintain local event budgets and currency.
• Research and book hotels for staff attending Dubai-hosted events.
• Set up new local events on the Xsolla events page with copy and logos.
• Support event registration setup and forms.
• Liaise with local event organizers to explore opportunities and sponsorships.
• Coordinate logistics for speaking sessions with BD, Product and Creative teams.
• Keep event roadmap tracker updated with sponsor info, dates and links.
• Log creative briefs (Jira) for local event materials and ensure completion.
• Support on-site delivery at events and guest experience.
