You will work with targets and KPIs to ensure high-quality deliverables across Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management, Client Servicing, Events, Advertising, or Marketing.
• Strong UAE events/marketing industry knowledge.
• Proven client and project management experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Target- and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Translate client requirements into effective briefs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and deliverables.
• Drive opportunities to grow accounts and new business.
