Job summary

JAM Event Services in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to support day-to-day management of a dedicated client account, collaborating with the Account Director and on-site team to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.

This on-site role requires strong organizational and communication skills, budgeting experience, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple events while growing the client relationship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in account management or client services, preferably in events.
• Experience managing multiple events for one client account is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Budgeting and financial tracking proficiency.
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for the client, on-site in Dubai.
• Support understanding client objectives, brand standards, and event calendar.
• Coordinate planning across events and projects under the account.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and propose new events.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and logistics teams.
• Report to Account Director on strategy and delivery.
• Assist budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Ensure work meets agency quality standards and client satisfaction.
