ITSEC, a leading cybersecurity and compliance company, is seeking a Dubai-based Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the UAE and GCC. You will cultivate executive relationships, build partner ecosystems, and close high-value enterprise and crypto-related accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven success closing enterprise deals.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity, RegTech, fintech, compliance, or crypto is highly preferred.
• Willing to work on-site in Dubai and travel across the GCC.

• Drive enterprise business development for VerifiX, ComplianceX, and NEXUS.
• Build relationships with founders, compliance leaders, and C-level executives.
• Develop strategic partnerships across the fintech and crypto ecosystem.

About the Role

We're looking for a Dubai-based Business Development Manager to drive enterprise growth across the UAE and GCC. This is a strategic, relationship-led role focused on developing executive relationships, building partner ecosystems, and closing high-value enterprise and VASP accounts.
