Job summary

iConnect IT Business Solutions DMCC is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UAE, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity sales and expanding the client base. The role requires a results-driven professional who can navigate the UAE market and build strategic partnerships.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients, develop consultative sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT security solutions that meet client needs,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity or IT solution sales within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud and AI technologies.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads and drive new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing network within the UAE business community is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
