Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is recruiting for a Service Sales professional in Dubai to support estimations, maintenance contracts, and contract recovery. You will manage the contracts database, prepare quotes for repairs and upgrades, and negotiate renewals with clients while minimizing contractual risk.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of elevator/escalator sales and marketing experience in the UAE and fluent English and Arabic. Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• MBA preferred for business-focused role.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant elevator/escalator sales and marketing experience in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Provides management information and insights on work area performance for management decisions.
• Prepares maintenance contracts, negotiates, and finalizes agreements with clients.
• Prepares estimates and quotes for repairs, upgrades, and modernization.
• Negotiates maintenance contract renewals and manages renewal terms and risks.
• Coordinates with Aftermarket and Service to implement agreements.
• Assists Finance with timely collection of payments per contracts.
• Maintains contracts database and generates status reports.
