Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in customer facing roles.
• Strong business and negotiation skills.
• Experience with account planning and review processes.
• Experience with recurring revenue software licenses and payments.
• Experience with Payments related industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish and deliver a scalable Customer Success approach across multiple accounts.
• Support onboarding and early engagement to ensure initial value.
• Proactively engage customers to understand goals, guide adoption, and strengthen relationships.
• Identify risks early and drive actions to improve health, retention, and satisfaction.
• Lead internal account teams to support onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
• Collaborate with Sales for smooth handovers and aligned messaging.
• Achieve defined metrics including satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution.
