Clarks Outlet in Dubai is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to ensure a seamless order journey and excellent customer experience. You will coordinate order book activities, monitor fulfilment, and provide timely data-driven insights to support business decisions.

The role requires collaboration with sales, finance, and logistics, plus a focus on data accuracy and process improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Experience in ERP tools and reporting is beneficial.

Formación

• Experience in customer operations or sales operations.
• Experience producing, maintaining and analysing operational reports.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end customer operations processes to provide a consistent customer experience.
• Coordinate order book management activities, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and report on order status, fulfilment performance, and key operational metrics.
• Support delivery against service level expectations and customer requirements.
• Assist with customer transaction readiness activities and data maintenance.
