Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations support, order processing, sales coordination or customer service; beauty, cosmetics, retail, e-commerce or trading experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably 1C, and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, email and accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer-service skills and a practical understanding of invoicing, inventory records and order fulfilment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
• A dependable, proactive approach and willingness to assist with practical tasks, including order checking, packing and dispatch.

Aufgaben

• Order processing: Process customer and online orders, verify availability, prices, quantities and delivery details, and follow each order through to delivery.
• ERP and documentation: Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery notes in the ERP/1C system, maintaining accurate customer and transaction records.
• Customer service: Respond to inquiries, provide order updates and coordinate complaint resolutions; escalate matters requiring approval.
• Inventory and warehouse support: Maintain inventory records, assist with stock checks and coordinate with the warehouse team on availability, stock movements and discrepancies.
• Packing and dispatch: Assist with picking, checking and packing orders, ensuring products, quantities, packaging and supporting documents are correct before dispatch.
• Delivery coordination: Arrange collections and deliveries with the delivery team and logistics partners. Track progress, follow up on delays and maintain delivery confirmations.
• Sales and accounts support: Support sales with quotations, reports and order updates. Coordinate with the headquarters accounts team on invoices, payment confirmations, credit notes and related documentation.
• Administration and follow-up: Maintain organized physical and digital records, prepare routine operational reports and follow up on pending tasks across departments.
