AimGulf is looking for a Sales Coordinator in Dubai to support daily sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships. You will prepare quotations, invoices, orders, and sales reports while keeping accurate records in Excel and CRM systems.

The role requires about 2 years of experience in sales coordination, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. This is a full-time position based in Dubai.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in sales coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and sales reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and Excel reports.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
• Monitor order processing and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
