Based in Dubai, the role focuses on prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, delivering proposals, and negotiating contracts while working closely with operations and creative teams to translate client needs into customized gifting concepts and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Client relationship management abilities, with experience in managing corporate accounts and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Understanding of marketing, branding, and corporate gifting solutions, with the ability to present and position products effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous experience in corporate gifting, events, hospitality, luxury retail, or B2B sales in the UAE is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track sales activities and performance.
