Job summary

Our client, a Dubai-based luxury scent company, is seeking a proactive Sales Executive Gifting B2B to build and grow its corporate and institutional gifting business. You will prospect, network, generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue across hospitality, government, weddings, events, and luxury brands.

You will develop relationships with decision-makers, own the end-to-end B2B sales process from inquiry to closure, prepare proposals, and nurture recurring gifting accounts while

Qualifications

• 2 5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in gifting, luxury, hospitality, events, fragrance, beauty, premium FMCG or related sectors.
• Proven ability to generate new business rather than purely manage existing accounts.
• Existing corporate/hospitality/event network is highly desirable.
• Strong prospecting and cold-outreach capabilities.
• Confident in preparing proposals, negotiating and closing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new B2B and corporate gifting opportunities.
• Build a pipeline of corporate hotel government wedding and event clients.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls email LinkedIn networking events and industry contacts.
• Identify decision-makers and build relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop new accounts and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Own B2B enquiries from initial contact through to closure.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up consistently on proposals and opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals within agreed commercial parameters.
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to the relevant internal teams.
• Develop strong pipelines around Ramadan Eid and year-end gifting.
• Identify upcoming corporate events conferences weddings and hospitality opportunities.
