Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration or quantity surveying roles.
• General knowledge of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC Red Book.
• Progress toward MRICS or equivalent accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration support under supervision.
• Assist with preparation of routine contractual correspondence.
• Support preparation of tender documentation.
• Help implement and maintain contract procedures.
