Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in pre-contract roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and FIDIC forms of contract.
• Experience supporting building construction projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project scopes, timelines, and budgets during the pre-contract phase.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare mitigation strategies for proposed projects.
• Collaborate with estimators and quantity surveyors to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Support preparation, review, and coordination of tender documents and contract agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the bidding process.
• Assist in evaluation and selection of contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare preliminary project schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Contribute to project management plans, execution strategies, and delivery frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction laws, regulations, and FIDIC requirements.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all pre-contract activities.
