• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive and complex information and to convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees with coaching and evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities and deadlines.
• Ensure the best-suited team for pitches and assignments.
• Develop pursuit strategies and prospect lists; lead team meetings.
• Research market trends and report on potential impacts.
• Prepare and present deal activity reports at local meetings.
