A1 Properties is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Broker in Dubai to help expand our luxury and premium property portfolio. This commission-only role rewards strong performers with high-value deals and a generous 80% commission structure.

The successful candidate will identify prime sites, manage client negotiations, and drive end-to-end transactions across the UAE. Strong market knowledge and networking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, zoning, and commercial leasing practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to close high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify prime commercial properties for leasing, investment, or development.
• Conduct market research on demographics, foot traffic, and trends to assess site viability.
• Source and maintain listings of commercial properties and coordinate property viewings.
• Negotiate between landlords and tenants or buyers to close deals and renewals.
• Manage full transaction lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution and handover.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic deal progress reports.
