Job summary

O-MACHINES in Dubai seeks a driven CNC sales professional to promote machines and related products across manufacturing and metalworking sectors. You will identify new customers, build strong client relationships, and present technical solutions at sites or trade shows.

You will collaborate with service and technical teams for quotations and after-sales support, aiming to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets while maintaining precise records and forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven sales experience in CNC machines, industrial automation, or metalworking equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of CNC machining processes, cutting tools and production technology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote CNC machines and related products.
• Identify and engage new customers in manufacturing, machining and metalworking sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and machine demonstrations at customer sites or trade shows.
• Collaborate with service and technical teams for accurate quotations and after-sales support.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts and activity reports.
