Job summary

Agile Consultants in the UAE is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for CNC machined parts and welded fabrications. You will drive growth by winning new customers and expanding repeat business with existing accounts, coordinating with engineering, production, and finance to ensure successful quotations and timely deliveries.

The role requires a proven UAE sales track record, strong English communication, ability to read drawings, and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or business development experience in CNC machining or subcontract manufacturing.
• Proven track record of winning industrial customers in the UAE.
• Established UAE procurement/engineering contacts is a strong advantage.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and discuss materials, tolerances and manufacturing requirements.
• Commercial understanding of quotations, pricing, gross margin, and payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win UAE and export customers for CNC-machined components and welded fabrications.
• Develop focused account plans with key decision-makers and sales opportunities.
• Generate enquiries through visits, prospecting, referrals, and industry networking.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, production, and maintenance teams to win orders.
• Convert enquiries into trials, repeat orders, and long-term supply agreements.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships from enquiry to delivery and repeat business.
