Job summary

Dmcdubai is seeking a skilled CNC Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service CNC machines at customer sites across the UAE. You will assemble, align, calibrate and test systems, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on experience with FANUC and Siemens SINUMERIK controllers, PLC diagnostics, wiring and drawings, plus on-site customer coaching. Travel across the UAE and GCC will be involved; fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related field.
Minimum 5 years of CNC installation, commissioning and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of FANUC CNC systems.
Strong knowledge of Siemens SINUMERIK controllers.
Valid UAE driving license preferred or mandatory as per policy.

Responsibilities

Install and commission CNC machines at customer sites, including assembly, alignment, leveling, calibration, wiring and testing.
Perform planned preventive maintenance and provide reactive breakdown support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and CNC control system issues.
Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and PLC ladder diagrams.
Provide on-site training to customer personnel and prepare detailed service reports.
