Job summary

Redeck Pools is seeking a Document Controller / Project Coordinator with a Civil Engineering background to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on structured document management, coordinating drawing approvals, and supporting project execution across civil sites in the UAE.

The successful candidate will act as a central node between internal engineering teams, external consultants, and clients to streamline workflows, track submissions, and maintain compliant project archives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with hands-on document control experience in UAE construction.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office; experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Immediate availability preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Establish, organize, and maintain project document logs and filing structures.
• Track drawings, submittals, RFIs, inspections, and client approvals.
• Coordinate document distribution and revision updates among project teams and consultants.
• Prepare progress reports and status logs to support site operations.
• Secure and archive all official project records and handover documentation.
