Responsibilities

• Handle simple customer concerns in a calm and professional manner, escalating more serious complaints when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor that reflects company standards.
• Assist with receiving stock, unpacking deliveries, replenishing products, and keeping the store well supplied.
• Monitor product availability and highlight low-stock items to the team when replenishment is needed.
