Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and serve customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating matters when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of the product range and current in-store promotions.
• Explain relevant products and promotional offers to customers to support sales.
• Assist sales teams during the sales process when required.
• Work toward assigned sales targets while keeping customer needs at the center.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across the shop floor and cash desk.
• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately using authorized payment methods.
• Issue receipts and bills for purchases while maintaining cash desk standards.
• Keep the checkout area clean, tidy, and replenished throughout store operations.
• Complete store opening/closing checklists and support stock-related activities.
• Assist with replenishment to maintain product availability and display standards.
• Remain alert to potential security risks and escalate when needed.
