Directors Institute is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the UAE, with a focus on Dubai. The role involves driving revenue, organizing paid masterclasses and webinars, and representing the company during seminars and Director visits.

Preference is given to locally based candidates in Dubai, with 2–4 years of BD/sales experience and strong communication skills. You will engage in client meetings, lead generation, and market development to meet monthly

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Event Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
• Knowledge of UAE market is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand presence in UAE
• Organize paid masterclasses/events and conduct webinars
• Represent the company during seminars and Director visits
• Maintain client meetings, lead follow-ups and conversions
• Develop local partnerships and networks in Dubai
