Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management or equivalent.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred.
• Construction Project Management (CPM) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of operations management experience in construction/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for the service branch including field operations, sales and administration.
• Grow the portfolio within the assigned area with a focus on efficient customer service.
• Align financial and strategic planning to achieve branch business objectives.
• Implement branch development plans and streamline internal processes.
• Monitor and control branch operations to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Lead sales opportunities through cross-business synergies and maintain client relationships.
• Foster a service-oriented, performance-driven culture and ensure EH&S standards.
