The candidate will drive performance, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve branch objectives in line with Otis policies. Strong English skills are essential; Arabic preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or equivalent
• CCM or CPM certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years in operations management within construction/engineering
• At least 5 years in managerial roles
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manages branch operations, sales and administration to meet business objectives
• Coordinates launch of new products and streamlines internal processes
• Ensures efficient customer service and timely project delivery
• Directs customer complaint handling and escalation processes
• Liaises with Otis factories on equipment supply, pricing and delivery
