Job summary

Otis L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, sales, and administration for the Dubai South branch. You will oversee field operations, delivery of projects, and customer service while aligning with Otis Middle East objectives.

The role requires a BA in business administration, 10+ years in operations within construction/engineering, and 5+ years in management; English fluency is essential (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing operations in a construction/engineering organization.
• At least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations for the assigned branch to meet objectives.
• Grows the new equipment and service sales portfolio while delivering excellent customer service.
• Develops and monitors the branch budget and expenditure.
• Leads workforce planning, development, and performance improvements.
• Liaises with Otis factories on equipment supply, pricing, and delivery for projects.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time and service quality targets are met.
