Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and address challenges.
• Ensure all customers receive excellent service throughout their journey.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of vehicles and accessories.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
