Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, real estate, holiday homes, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident in dealing with property owners and investors.
• Target-driven and commercially minded.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate or holiday home market is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential property owners, landlords, investors, and business partners.
• Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other business development channels.
• Present the company’s holiday home and property management services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and partners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the onboarding of new properties.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Work closely with operations, reservations, marketing, and management teams.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new business opportunities in the Dubai market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
